- Min. 5 years of professional experience as a software engineer in fast-paced environments

The Customer Service Specialist position is a full-time role that is an integral part of a broader team that addresses customer service needs. The role supports account holders and collaborates with the Devenir team members to refine customer service procedures and improve service outcomes.
- Provides investment account holders with accurate, timely support by email and phone
- Assists callers with navigation of the investment portal, and use of the HSAPlannerTM (suite of investment tools, calculators, and information)
- Maintains records of account holder interactions detailing inquiries, comments, and complaints
- Collaborates with team members to address/troubleshoot advanced customer inquiries
- Adheres to customer service procedures, and collaborates to improve processes
- Assists with general office duties as needed
- Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong active listening, verbal, and written communication skills

- Position Description
Devenir is seeking an individual with great attention to detail to assist with the operational processing of daily mutual fund investment transactions. This individual will be responsible for accurately processing daily enrollment, trade and distribution files under tight deadlines. The Position requires the ability to reconcile daily trading and account activity with flexibility to be cross-trained to perform other tasks in a team environment. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who can manage time efficiently.
