Eric Remjeske President / Founder

With more than 27 years of experience in the investment industry, Eric has developed and integrated a number of innovative investment platforms for the Health Savings Account (HSA) market. Eric, along with the Devenir team, has created partnerships with the largest banks and administrators in the country to establish their HSA strategy including the integration of the investment platforms. In addition, Eric co-authors the Devenir HSA Marketplace Research Report that is published semi-annually and has become the industry standard for HSA marketplace research. Prior to co-founding Devenir, Eric served as an Associate Vice President and Investment Officer with RBC Dain Rauscher. During his 10 years with RBC Dain Rauscher, Eric developed and managed investments for individuals and institutions. In 2007, Eric was named among Institutional Investor’s 20 rising stars of retirement plan advisors for his work in the HSA market. Eric represents Devenir as a long-standing member of the American Bankers Association’s HSA Council. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota.

Lori Hansen SVP, HSA Solutions

With more than 30 years of industry experience, Lori specializes in serving the investment needs of corporations, executive management teams, financial institutions, and corporations of all sizes, by creating innovative and customized investment solutions. Focused on the Healthcare Banking marketplace, Lori helps organizations implement quality investment solutions into their existing HSA, VEBA Trust, and other custodial programs. She has frequently been asked to speak on HSA and VEBA plan design to corporations, banks, and credit unions. Prior to joining Devenir, she was a product manager in the RBC Capital Markets Corporate Services Group, where she helped develop liquidation and asset management strategies for corporate executives and individuals. Prior to working at RBC Capital Markets, Lori spent a number of years with RBC Dain Rauscher in retail sales and marketing. She joined RBC Dain Rauscher from Piper Jaffray where she was involved in retail administration and operational management, sales, and marketing. Lori holds a degree certificate in marketing, merchandising, and management from Red Wing Technical Institute. She has been a board member of LDA of Minnesota, a fundraiser for the Greater Twin Cities United Way, and a team leader for the Metro Paint-a-thon.

Jon Robb SVP, Research & Technology

Jon leads Devenir’s HSA research team and is the primary author of its reports, which are frequently cited by major media outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and CNBC. Since joining Devenir in 2010, Jon has established innovative market perspectives and created a statistical baseline for the HSA industry. In addition to his research responsibilities, Jon plays a pivotal role in driving Devenir’s product and technology initiatives. He is passionate about the intersection of healthcare, financial services, and technology, particularly as it relates to HSAs. Jon resides in Minneapolis with his wife and two daughters. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and holds both Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses.

Geanet Menke SVP, Operations

Geanet joined Devenir in 2014 with a primary focus on managing the HSA Operations and Recordkeeping departments. She is a key component to the daily operations, focusing on efficient and accurate processing of transactions for multiple HSA providers on a daily basis. Prior to joining Devenir, Geanet worked with a Devenir strategic partner processing much of Devenir’s ongoing HSA business for over 14 years. Before working with HSAs, she held several roles with bank recordkeeping departments, primarily focused on 401(k) plans. In addition, Geanet is an important member of Devenir’s management team helping to shape and implement the company’s strategic vision.
